Meet Mateo:

Mateo is an adorable little pirate pug from Mexico. He popped up on social media, a young, energetic little puglet who had severe eye injuries. The Pug Queen immediately began to organize transportation to Los Angeles but one of his eyes was so badly damaged it had to be removed in Mexico. Mateo arrived in California in early November. He was vet checked immediately and got a clean bill of health.

 

He is a very energetic little pug and it’s estimated that he is between 1 to 2 years of age. He is petite, at approximately 16 pounds. Mateo is a great snuggler and is ofter found sharing his bed with other pugs. He is super patient with a young puppy who is very rough with him. Mateo is a rockstar pug!
