ARIANA
Meet Thelma:
Life began for Thelma in California’s Central Valley. She was picked us as a stray and nobody came for her. Shelter staff immediately noticed that she was struggling to walk well. X-rays revealed that her rear left leg had some issues and required surgery. The shelter was very small with few resources. They reached out to the Pug Queen and she welcomed Thelma. This little pug girl was immediately connected with Dr. Balfour, orthopedic surgeon extraordinaire. He met Thelma and then performed a surgery which made a huge difference. Thelma is young and energetic. She’s a small pug but has a really big personality. Thelma is super snuggly and thrives being up close and personal with her people. If you’re not comfortable with the notion of a pug on the couch or the bed - Thelma is not for you! She truly needs to be super close. Vets estimate that she is approximately 2 or 3 years old. Thelma just got a great report from Dr. Balfour and is ready to be adopted.
